FOUND: Small White Bichon Frise Wandering Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA -- A small white dog was found in Norristown on Sunday, August 21, police said.

The dog, a Bichon Frise, had a red collar and no tags.

He was found wandering the 400 block of Tremont Street.
