Free Norristown Bulk Trash Disposal Event To Be Held In November

Dumpsters will be set up at a dozen locations around Norristown for free bulk trash disposal.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Norristown's bi-annual cleanup event, in which a dozen large dumpsters will be placed around town for bulk items to be dropped off, is coming up.

The event will be held on Nov. 4. It is free of charge.

"This can be old furniture, trash, or other non-electronic/non-hazardous waste," organizers said. "Contractors are not allowed to use these dumpsters to discard of their construction trash and should make appropriate accommodations to have their trash and waste removed."
