NORRISTOWN, PA -- A friendly black cat in Norristown that neighbors say is "definitely someone's" is living on the street.

The cat is currently living near a home in Norris Hills in Norristown.

He is described as sweet and playful.

Neighbors are trying to capture him to see if he is chipped.
