All listed vehicles & equipment for sale are Flood Damaged/Not Running vehicles damaged by Hurricane Sandy back in October 2012. Everything will be sold at absolute auction to the highest bidder regardless of price in Flood Damaged/Not running “As-Is, Where-Is condition.

Sheraton Valley Forge, 480 North Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406, just off Exit 326 of the PA Turnpike. The sale will be held indoors in “The Centennial Ball Room” just inside the Ball Room lobby. All items will be sold Live by Pictures & Proxibid On-Line.

From the PA Turnpike I-276 East or West. Take Exit 326 (Valley Forge) Exit. Stay to Right of toll booths. After paying tolls take Exit 327 100 yards on Right North Gulph Road Exit. At end of ramp turn Right on North Gulph Road. Proceed on North Gulph Road .3/10th of mile to Sheraton Valley Forge on Right.

From Philadelphia, PA Take I-76 West. Take I-76 West towards King of Prussia and stay right to Exit 327 (Mall Blvd.) Exit. Take Exit 327 (Mall Blvd.) and proceed on ramp to traffic light and turn Right on Mall Blvd. Proceed on Mall Blvd. .2/10th of mile and turn Right on N. Gulph Road. Proceed on North Gulph Road .7/10th of mile to Sheraton Valley Forge on Right.

Titled Items – tax will be paid at the time of registration. Non- Titled Items – tax will be collected at the rate of 6%. The buyer’s fee is taxable.

All customers must register in the Sheraton Valley Forge “Strafford Room”; customers may inspect the Flood Damaged/Not Running vehicles One Day Only: at 538 Swedeland Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19403. Approx. 4 miles down the road from hotel on Friday, July 12, 2013, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Items will be sold in Flood Damaged/Not Running Condition & Auction Company will Not Jump start any vehicle/equipment during inspection day. Limited sale day inspection will be permitted. Due to security procedures, all customers entering the inspection yard must have photo I.D & Bidders Number.

Direction to Surplus Yard: From Sheraton Valley Forge Traffic Light: Turn Left on N. Gulph Road which turns into S. Gulph Road and proceed 3.6 miles and turn Left on Swedeland Road. Proceed 100 yards to stop sign and turn Left. Proceed .3/10th of mile to traffic light and turn Left on Rt. 320 North/Swedeland Road. Proceed on Swedeland Road .5/10th of mile to surplus yard on Left (Stone road before Moon Landscaping sign)

All equipment or vehicles that require any type of inspection on the upper unit or chassis is 100% the bidder/purchaser's responsibility and expense. (ie: Cranes, Man Lifts, Buckets, Diggers, Construction Equipment, Trailers and Vehicles of any type).

All items sold become the sole responsibility of the buyer at knockdown. Items may NOT be removed during the sale. Loadout will start on Monday-Friday, July 15, 2013-Friday July 19, 2013, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Everything must be removed by Friday, July 19, 2013, with no exceptions or a hauling/storage fee will be charged. All items must be towed/hauled by the new purchaser. Vehicles may Not be driven off the sale site. Please Note: Vehicles not removed from the sale site by Friday, July 19, 2013, will be hauled to the Plymouth Meeting, PA yard location and the buyer will pay in cash hauling and storage fees. After and/or during the auction sale, absolutely no vehicles may be left in the front parking lot or they will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Complete payment is required on sale day only in cash or guaranteed funds: traveler's checks, money orders and/or bank certified checks. Credit card payment will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. Purchaser will be charged a 3% service charge for all credit card transactions.

Company & personal checks will be accepted "only" when they are accompanied by a valid bank letter of credit "guaranteeing or honoring" payment of that particular check up to a specific amount of money. All letters of credit should be addressed to J.J. Kane Auctioneers. International Buyers will need to wire transfer full payment directly from your bank to J.J. Kane Auctioneers bank account. No International checks will be accepted.

There will be a 10% buyer’s fee charged on all items sold. The buyer’s fee is taxable.

Note:  There will be a 13% buyer's fee charged on all items sold Live Off-Site when the item is located California.

This auction sale will feature live on-line bidding through Proxibid. All prospective internet bidders are required to register 48 hours prior to the auction sale at the Proxibid website (www.proxibid.com). All live internet buyers will be charged a 12% buyer’s fee on all items sold with the exception of items sold Live Off-Site that are located in Dixon, California where buyers will be charged a 15% buyers fee.  All live internet buyers will be required to comply with all the other terms and conditions of the auction sale. Absentee bids must be over $10,000. There will be a 25% deposit required with all absentee bids that must be wire transferred to J.J. Kane. Call the sale site for the necessary forms and wire transfer information. Forms must be submitted with lot numbers, full descriptions, serial numbers and the exact amount of your bid(s). J.J. Kane reserves the right to round off bids to the most logical increment. All of the above requirements must be met by 4:00 PM E.S.T. two days prior to the auction or the bid(s) will not be accepted.

Buyer is hereby notified that Asplundh has assigned to Northstar Deferred Exchange Corporation, acting in its capacity as a Qualified Intermediary, all of its rights but not its obligations, in any existing and future contracts to sell certain equipment. This notification will apply unless specifically excluded in writing.
