Human Resources Employee Stole $900K From East Norriton Company: District Attorney

A 31-year-old woman stole more than $900K from her East Norriton employer over the course of two years, authorities allege.

EAST NORRITON, PA — A 31-year-old woman has been charged with stealing more than $919,000 from the local company where she was employed, the Montgomery County District Attorney announced Monday.

Christine Cushman of Douglassville has been arrested on felony charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and identity theft in connection with $919,301 stolen from HighPoint Solutions in East Norriton, the District Attorney's office said.

The company was alerted to the thefts by its payroll company, after a bank officer noticed multiple direct deposits of a significant size going into Cushman's personal account, the DA said.
