Intoxicated Norristown Man Chases And Attempts 'Body Slam' Of Victim At Garage Sale: Report

Tyleek Lee began asking "rapid fire inquiries" at a garage sale. That's when things went all wrong.

A man who was allegedly high on PCP chased a victim at a garage sale and attempted multiple “body slams,” according to the Times Herald.

Tyleek Lee, 25, was at a garage sale on East Chestnut Street at about 2 p.m. on July 17 when he began asking “rapid-fire inquiries” about items being sold, the report states.

When the victim asked Lee to slow down so he could understand him, Lee became belligerent, tried to grab him, and eventually chased him away from the sale, around a utility pole, and around several parked cars, per the report.

The victim tried to hide in the legal aid building on 625 Swede Street but Lee followed him inside, punching him, grappling him, and attempting to “body slam” him multiple times, according to the report.

When police arrived they stunned Lee, but he continued to struggle, punch, and kick officers until he was finally handcuffed, the report states.

He is being charged with aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment, and public drunkenness, according to the report.

Lee has previously been charged with underage drinking, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of cocaine, and public drunkenness, all on separate occasions in Norristown and Ambler over the past five years.
