The Norristown Police Department is attempting to locate Kirk Douglas Jackson, also known as "Kill" Jackson.
Norristown, PA -- The Norristown Police Department is attempting to locate Kirk Douglas Jackson, also known as "Kill" Jackson.
Jackson is wanted on an active warrant for drug related charges, police said.
He is a black male, 6” tall, 170 lbs., with black hair, and brown eyes.
