King of Prussia 10 Miler and 5k Run

Course: A challenging, scenic 10-mile loop with plenty of hills through King of Prussia, beginning and ending at Heuser Park on Beidler Rd. Course is USATF certified (PA #08002WB). 5K course is a rolling loop that also starts and finishes at Heuser Park. Marshals will be on the course. Water Stops: Water will be available at miles 2, 4, 6 and 8 of the 10 Miler and at 2 mile mark of the 5K. Water and other refreshments will be at the Start/Finish area at Heuser Park. Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 Men and Women overall in both races as well as the first-place finisher in each of the following age groups (no duplication of awards):18 & Under; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & Over. A plaque will also be awarded to the winning team. There will be a competition for the top team in the 5K and 10 Miler. Simply pay the entry fee and fill out a registration form for each member, and remember to write the team name on the bottom of the form. There is no limit to the number of runners on a team; however, only the first three team members will score. Finishing places will be added together; lowest score wins. Packet pick-up: Saturday, 5/21 10:00am - 12:00pm at Heuser Park at Race Start. If it rains, pick-up packet will be at the MTC School Lobby. On Race Day: 6:30 am - 7:45 am. Prices: 10 miler - $35 until 4/15; $40 until 5/11; $45 until 5/21. 5k - $20 until 4/15; $25 until 5/11; $30 until 5/21.
