King of Prussia 10 Miler and 5k – May 17 – 8:00am 10 Miler – 8:15am 5k – 8:30am Kids Run

Come out for either a 10 mile or 5k race. The 10 mile course is a challenging, scenic loop with plenty of hills through King of Prussia, beginning and ending at Heuser Park on Beidler Rd. Course is USATF certified (PA #08002WB). The 5K course is a rolling loop that also starts and finishes at Heuser Park. Marshals will be on the course. Water Stops: Water will be available at miles 2, 4, 6 and 8 of the 10 Miler and at 2 mile mark of the 5K. Water and other refreshments will be at the Start/Finish area at Heuser Park. Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 Men and Women overall in both races as well as the first-place finisher in each age group. A plaque will also be awarded to the winning team. There will be a competition for the top team in the 10 Miler. Simply pay the entry fee and fill out a registration form for each member, and remember to write the team name on the bottom of the form. There is no limit to the number of runners on a team; however, only the first three team members will score. Finishing places will be added together; lowest score wins. Packet Pick Up: Saturday, 5/16 10:00am – 12:00pm at Heuser Park at Race Start. If it rains, pick up packets at MTC School Lobby. On Race Day: 6:30 am – 7:45 am. Race day registrations welcome! Costs: 10 Miler - $25 thru 4/15, $30 after; 5k - $15 thru 4/15, $20 after; Kids Run – Free.
