King of Prussia Attorney Faces More Than 30 Charges For Stealing Clients' Money: Report
Disbarred attorney Kristi Ann Fredericks is accused of stealing nearly $97,000 from four former clients.

An attorney who had an office in Malvern is now facing more than two dozen counts of various charges after allegedly stealing tens of thousands in former clients' money.
Kristi Ann Fredericks, 41, of Downington, has been charged with six different felony theft-related charges; three different felony forgery-related charges; and two different misdemeanor charges for tampering records and providing false statements, court records show.

In all, Fredericks faces 34 total counts, according to court documents.
According to Daily Local News, Fredericks is accused of stealing nearly $97,000 from four former clients by allegedly writing large checks to herself without permission from two estates she was handling.

Fredericks, who operated offices in Malvern, King of Prussia, Coatesville, and Downingtown, was disbarred in 2015, the outlet reports.
Fredericks was released on $100,000 unsecured bail after being arraigned Feb. 8 and is set to appear for her preliminary hearing on April 24, court records show.
