King Of Prussia Woman, 24, Shot And Killed In New Jersey: Police

A 24-year-old local woman was found dead in New Jersey. Circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — An investigation is underway after a King of Prussia woman was shot and killed in New Jersey last week.

The incident occurred on Friday, July 9, in Plainfield, Union County.

King of Prussia's Jennifer Vorn, 24, was found along with a second victim, only identified as a man, near the intersection of Rock Avenue and West Front Street.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear.

Vorn was pronounced dead at the scene, while the man was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick to be treated.

The Union County Homicide Task Force is leading the investigation, assisted by the Plainfield Police Department, Union County Police Department Ballistics Unit, and the Union County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Unit.
