The pen was found back in Hollister's changing room back on July 3 by a customer who noted that it contained a camera, police said. An employee at Urban Outfitters found an identical pen.

The small black pens, which were positioned to capture an image of the entire fitting room, contained a small lens near the top.

All told, the camera in Hollister captured video of six women and one man in various stages of undress, according to authorities. Police have notified all seven of these victims.

Two more women were caught on camera in the Urban Outfitters changing room, and police are attempting to identify them and contact them.

Stevenson was charged with invasion of privacy, interception, disclosure or use of wire communications, and disorderly conduct. He posted $10,000 bail and was released. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims or their families, and must refrain from visiting shopping malls.
