Man Pleads Guilty To Killing Man At Gas Station In Norristown In 2015
21-year-old Kevin Slocum and his accomplices shot a 30-year-old man and left him dead in a car at a gas station in March of 2015.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- A Bridgeport man has pleaded guilty to his part in an April 2015 murder in Norristown, according to court documents.
Kevin Slocum, 21, was arrested and charged with murder in late March alongside his brother Terrell Slocum, 23 and Diandre Brown, age 22.
On Tuesday, the younger Slocum pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, conspiracy, aggravated assault, and related charges, documents show. Brown has already pleaded guilty to third-degree murder.

The incident in question occurred on April 6, 2015 shortly before 9 p.m. when Norristown Police responded to reports to shots fired near 1200 Locust Street, according to the DA.
When they arrived they found glass in the streets but no sign of anyone involved in the shootings, the DA said.

About 10 minutes later at 9:03 pm., a Plymouth Township police officer found the victim, 30-year-old Keithton Majors, inside a vehicle at the Lukoil service station on 603 Ridge Pike, according to the DA.
Majors was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:37 p.m., the DA said.
One arrest in connection with this killing was made in June, after the others. Chad Jonathan Beringer was arrested and charged with Majors' murder as well. He has already pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and is awaiting sentencing.
His trial is scheduled to begin May 2, according to court documents.
It's not yet clear what inspired the killing.
The Slocums and Brown have a preliminary hearing set for March 28 at 9:30 a.m.
