Man Shot While Riding Bike In Norristown: Cops

Breaking: A man was shot on Sunday night while riding his bike in Norristown. The victim was specifically targeted, police said.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Police are investigating after a man was shot while riding his bike in Norristown Sunday.

The incident occurred at around 6 p.m. on Sunday evening on the 500 block of West Marshall Street.

The victim, aged 31, was specifically targeted by the suspect, according to authorities.
"This was not a random act of violence," police said in a statement.
The victim was airlifted to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia where he remained in critical condition on Monday afternoon.
