Montco Man Sentenced For Sex With Disabled Man: Report
A Montgomery County man has been sentenced to prison for having sexual contact with a man with mental disabilities, reports state.

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA -- A Montgomery County man has been sentenced to prison for having sexual contact with a man with a mental disability, according to reports.
Robert E. Johnson, 50, of Lower Providence, will spend the next 4.5 to nine years in prison for felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person with a mental disability, court documents state.
The incident, in which the victim was not able to provide consent, occurred in July 2014.

The Pottstown Mercury reports that after an investigation, the court ruled that Johnson should not be deemed a sexually violent offender. Johnson himself was a victim of sexual abuse when he was 13, the report states.
