Montco Students To Descend On Norristown For MLK Day Service
Local students are planning to give back to the community in a big way.
NORRISTOWN, PA -- More than 50 Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families/friends will participate in MCCC’s 7th annual College-Wide Day of Service, the school announced in a press release Tuesday.
The day of service is in observance of the national Martin Luther King National Day of Service, on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016.
MCCC volunteers will work at three sites in Montgomery County from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
