NORRISTOWN, PA — Montgomery County is hosting a series of free community forums aimed at increasing awareness of and addressing the opioid crisis.
The educational and interactive programs feature addiction and treatment experts, former addicts, and more.
"Shining a Light on the Opioid Crisis" will be held at two different times, in two different locations.

The first event is set for Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Human Services Center Community Room on 1430 DeKalb Street in Norristown.
A second event will be held on Tuesday, April 23 at the Montgomery Township Community Center.
