More Snow On The Way To Norristown As Region Ices Over

Flurries filled the sky on Sunday afternoon, leaving a light dusting throughout much of the Philadelphia area.

However, snow is on the forecast for several days during the upcoming week.

Moreover, Sunday’s dusting will lead to icy conditions Sunday night into Morning. The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement warning residents to use caution. Temperatures are predicted to dip into the teens.

The wind chill could plummet below zero on Tuesday, and another dusting is scheduled for Wednesday night.

But it’s Friday through Saturday that the most significant weather will hit: a winter storm is predicted, with significant snowfall termed “very likely” by forecasters.
