Naloxone Training, Distribution Event To Be Held In Montco
A free Naloxone training and distribution event will be held in Montgomery County this week.
A free Naloxone training and distribution event will be held in Montgomery County this week, the county announced.
Naloxone is the anti-opioid, overdose reversal drug that has been adopted by first responders and police around the county and nation in recent years to great effect.
The event will take place on Tuesday, March 13 at the Upper Perkiomen YMCA in Pennsburg.

The Montgomery County Office of Drug and Alcohol is hosting the event.

Officials said that another similar event will be held on June 5 in Pottstown. More will be held throughout the year.
