New Vice Chair Elected to Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group
Maria Baseggio, Blue Bell resident and President of SAGE Insights, elected as Vice Chair to Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group

A member of GPSEG since 2010, Baseggio is serving her second year on the Board of Directors for GPSEG. In the past, she has served as chair of the organization’s Marketing Committee to focus efforts on raising awareness of the organization and its members throughout the Philadelphia region. She is the first female Vice Chair in GPSEG’s history.
In her role as President of SAGE Insights, Baseggio helps businesses address growth challenges through optimized business and/or marketing strategies. Maria’s key focus areas include strategic planning, solutions management (products and services), sales channel optimization and marketing programs. She launched SAGE Insights after a successful career at Unisys, where she served in a variety of executive roles leading international and domestic teams.
In addition to her leadership with GPSEG, Baseggio chairs the governing body of Athena PowerLink®, which matches local women business owners with a panel of mentors that offer strategic guidance to grow businesses and create jobs. Baseggio also serves as president on the executive board of P.E.O., a Philanthropic Educational Organization with approximately 235,000 members who are focused on providing financial assistance for women pursuing higher education. Additionally, Baseggio is an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees for Cottey College, a liberal arts women’s college in Nevada, Missouri, which is owned by P.E.O.
