Norristown Area Pup Of The Week: Charlotte

NORRISTOWN, PA — The submissions are in. While every pup is a good boy or girl, this week we're featuring Charlotte as the Norristown area pup of the week.

Here's what the family has to say:

"This is Charlotte. She was rescued from West Virginia by Providence Animal Center and I adopted her a few months ago. She is a white boxer that is deaf. She is the light of my life and such a fun and sweet girl!"
