Norristown Cops, Firemen, Deliver Meals On Wheels To 140 Senior Citizens

NORRISTOWN, PA -- The Norristown Fire Department and Norristown Police Department recently helped deliver Meals on Wheels to more than 100 residents around the borough.

Volunteers delivered meals to a total of 140 senior citizens, according to the municipality.

The ongoing program feeds senior citizens two meals a day Monday through Friday.

Meals on Wheels is organized by the Montco SAAC: the Senior Adult Activity Center.
