NORRISTOWN, PA -- Cpl. David Brooke of the Norristown Police Department retired on Thursday after over two decades of service to the borough.
Brooke worked for the police department for 23 years.
He was awarded with a cake and a ceremony, and was given a plaque by Chief Mark Talbot.
