NORRISTOWN, PA — A Norristown couple is wanted for separate crimes of assault, burglary, and parole violation, police said on Tuesday.
Victor Vargas is wanted for burglary by the Norristown Police Department, authorities said. He is also wanted for a parole violation warrant for a past homicide in New York state.
His girlfriend, Leticia Santos, is also wanted by the Norristown Police Department for aggravated assault, a separate case.
