NEW YORK CITY, NY - The Norristown Area High School girls track team capped an impressive performance in New York City on Tuesday when they snapped the school record in the 4x200.
The team of Siani Sanders, Jayana Webb, Shelia Day, and Charity Guy ran a time of 1:42.65 to set the mark.
What’s even more impressive is how early in the season the squad set the record. Indoor track season is barely underway in December, and most athletes are not yet in prime shape.

The race took place at the 168th Street Armory indoor track in Manhattan during the Marine Corps Holiday Classic.
