Norristown Health Center Giving Away Free Naloxone

NORRISTOWN, PA — Doses of the opioid overdose reversing drug Naloxone will be given away for free in Norristown at an event next week.

The event will take place on Sept. 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The distribution is part of an ongoing effort to combat the opioid epidemic, and is spearheaded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The Health Center is located on 1430 Dekalb Street.
