Norristown Man Admits Taking 'Upskirt' Videos At Library, Report Says
A 47-year-old Norristown man has reportedly admitted to taking "upskirt" videos of a woman at the Radnor Public Library back in April.
A Montgomery County man has admitted to taking "upskirt" videos of a woman at the Radnor Public Library back in April, according to a report by the Delaware County Times.
Joseph Arena, 47, of Norristown pleaded guilty Friday to possessing an instrument of crime, according to the report.
Arena, who according to court records was charged with invasion of privacy and harassment, had the other charges dismissed in a plea deal, the Delaware County Times reports.

A witness reportedly saw Arena use his cell phone to take the "upskirt" video, who then fled once he realized someone saw him in the act.
He's been ordered to stay away from the local library.
