Norristown Man Allegedly Abducts Infant Child And Dog: Cops
A man who allegedly kidnapped an infant child and a dog has been arrested.

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- A Norristown man who allegedly kidnapped an infant child and a dog was arrested by Tredyffrin police on April 4, according to the department.
Tredyffrin officers were warned that the suspect was headed their way at about 4:20 a.m. on Sunday, April 17, police said.
Larry Sample, of the 700 block of Sandy Street in Norristown, had abducted the child and dog from Coatesville, and was believed to be headed toward Norristown, according to police.

Police stopped a 2004 black Lincoln sedan on Route 202 near the Valley Forge exit at 4:47 a.m. Sample was driving, and he was promptly taken into custody.
The child was rescued unharmed and turned over to family on the roadside, police said.
