Norristown Man Among Nine Arrested in Nearby DUI Sweep

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- Nine individuals were arrested in Tredyffrin Township over the past several weeks as the department cracked down on drunk and drugged driving in the area.

Police said that lab results for the individuals below showed they were driving under the influence:

• James Corcoran, 59, of Berwyn, PA - Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was .115%.
• Cameron Downie, 41, of Devon, PA – BAC was .125% and Marijuana was present in his system.
• Eric Gorbitz, 54, of Coatesville, PA – BAC was .196%.
• Andre Hunt, 52, of Norristown, PA – Cocaine and Marijuana were present in his system.
• Jose Rodriguez, 54, of Philadelphia, PA – BAC was .186%.
• Robert Strike, 51, of Langhorne, PA – Morphine/Heroin, Alprazolam, Cocaine and Diazepam were present in his system.
• Leonard Taylor, 28, of Berwyn, PA – Marijuana was present in his system.
• Jonathan Toroni, 26, of Berwyn, PA – Xanax and Fentanyl were present in his system.
• Timothy Vandergeest, 23, of Berwyn, PA – Marijuana was present in his system.
