Norristown Man Arrested In Overnight Raid, Owes $14K In Child Support: Sheriff

7 parents were arrested across Montgomery County in overnight raids Wednesday. Collectively they owed more than $56,000, the sheriff said.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Seven parents owing more than $56,000 in child support were arrested during overnight raids across Montgomery County early Wednesday morning, the Sheriff's Office said.

The suspects either failed to pay child support or did not appear in for a scheduled court date, according to authorities.

Forced entry was required during one of the arrests, but the rest of the suspects were taken into custody without incident.

The suspects are as follows:

  • James Brown of 835 Moyer Rd., Lansdale, Pa., owes $29,633.97 for one child.
  • Richard Crump of 702 W. Elm St., Norristown, Pa., owes $14,255.68 for one child.
  • Zachary Delay of 222 S. Hanover St., Pottstown, Pa., owes $7,586.94 for two children.
  • Marmo Gil Estel of 514 Crooked Lane, King of Prussia, Pa., owes $3,247.65 for one child.
  • Sigfredo Maldonado of 510 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, Pa., owes $742.08 for two children, and also has a criminal warrant and drug arrest.
  • Michael Stillman of 384 New St., Pottstown, Pa., owes $473.31 for one child.
  • Brian Walters of 824 Sandra Lane, East Norriton, Pa., owes $537.56 for one child.
