Norristown Man Charged With Child Pornography: US Attorney
A Norristown man was busted with a computer, disc, and external hard drives filled with child pornography, authorities said.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A Norristown man was busted with a computer, disc, and external hard drives filled with child pornography, U.S. Attorney Louis D. Lappen's office announced recently.
Authorities allege that John Hammond, of Norristown, received child pornography over the Internet on April 11 through April 18.
He now faces up to 40 years in jail, with a mandatory minimum of five years in prison, authorities said. He could also face a lifetime of supervised release, a $500,000 fine, restitution, forfeiture, and other charges.
