A Norristown man landed on the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Most Wanted criminal fugitives list after fleeing before his trial.
NORRISTOWN, PA -- A Norristown man landed on the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Most Wanted criminal fugitives list after fleeing before his trial.
Jean Claude Archer, 56, has a last known address of 30 East Jacoby Street, authorities said.
His case dates back 20 years. A warrant for his arrest was issued on March 26, 1996.
