Norristown Man Sentenced To Prison For Raping 6-Year-Old Girl
A Norristown man will spend the next 13 to 26 years in prison for raping a six-year-old girl.
NORRISTOWN, PA -- A Norristown man was sentenced to prison Wednesday for raping a six-year-old girl, according to court documents.
Javier Daniel-Rosas, 33, will spend the next 13 to 26 years in prison on charges of felony rape and felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, documents state.
Police were tipped off to Daniel-Rosas in 2015 when the victim reported the assault to authorities in Philadelphia.

Daniel-Rosas was not ruled a sexually violent predator after an assessment by the court, the Times Herald reports.
Daniel-Rosas is a Mexican citizen and will be deported when his sentence is completed.
