Norristown is shutting down Municipal Hall early on Thursday due to the snowstorm.
NORRISTOWN, PA — While Montgomery County Courts and offices were closed Thursday, Norristown's municipal offices remained open.
However, the borough decided to shut down Municipal Hall early on Thursday due to the snowstorm.
Offices closed at 3:30 p.m.
