Where/When: East Norriton Middle School, 330 Roland Drive, Norristown; March 23-25
Why go: Open to students on Wednesday, the book fair will be open for parents during conferences on Thursday afternoon and evening, and Friday afternoon. Proceeds from the sale of books will benefit school classrooms.

Where/When: Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library, 1001 Powell St., Norristown; March 24, from 4 to 5 p.m.
Why go: The library opens the computer lab for teens 12 to 18 who want to get their game on! There are 16 spots available.
Price: Free
Where/When: Greater Norristown PAL, 340 Harding Blvd., Norristown; March 25 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why go: One person’s junk is another’s treasure. GNPAL will host a flea market with lots of vendors in the PAL gym. In additional, $1 raffle tickets will be sold for a GNPAL membership and sports equipment.
Price: $25 for a table
Where/When: Norristown Area High School, 1900 Eagle Drive, Norristown; March 25, 3:30 p.m.
Why go: Give yourself a little taste of spring with nine innings of high school baseball! Grab a bag of peanuts, pick a good spot on the bleachers, and cheer on your local high school athletes.
Price: Free
Where/When: Chick-fil-A, 680 S. Trooper Road, Audubon; March 26, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why go: A percentage of food sales will benefit Norristown teacher Kristi Morrisroe Hertzog, who suffered serious medical complications while her twins were being delivered prematurely last month. Raffles for gift baskets, Team Kristi shirts and bracelets will also be sold all day.
