Norristown Police to Hold Public 'Observation Skills' Training
The training will teach attendees how to always be aware of their surroundings, make good descriptions, and keep their neighborhood safe.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- The Norristown Police Department will hold an "Observation Skills Training" for the general public on Tuesday, September 13 at 6 p.m.
The event will be led by Chief Mark Talbot and Anthony Murphy, with the Town Watch Integrated Services of Philadelphia.
The training will help reinforce the public's understanding of self-awareness, making a good description, and keeping their neighborhoods safe.
