Norristown Woman Allegedly Brutally Raped And Beaten By Boyfriend: Report
Her boyfriend allegedly threatened to firebomb her apartment, held a knife to her throat, and brutally raped and beat her.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- A Norristown woman alleged in court on Wednesday that she had been brutally raped by her former boyfriend who "treated her like a ragdoll."
Fernando Rosario, 33, of Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr, reportedly became abusive and controlling in October 2014, according to a report. After giving the victim two black eyes, she was still determined to fix their relationship, the report states. In future assaults, Rosario allegedly hit her and bit her before forcing himself on her.
When she got a protection from abuse order in December 2014, Rosario held a knife to her throat and forced himself on her again, according to the report, and began to sleep by the door of their bedroom so that she could not run away.

When she finally managed to escape, he continued to harass her despite the protection order, threatening to "firebomb" her apartment, according to the Times Herald.
The final encounter took place on January 4, 2015, when Rosario was in her apartment and she cooking fish, the report states. Rosario held a knife to her throat again and the woman threw the frying pan of hot oil on his face. But Rosario forced himself on her in the most "brutal" way yet, allegedly beating her and raping her orally, vaginally, and anally.

In December 2013, Rosario was arrested by police after wandering drunk into a PCP arrest, Patch previously reported. He became violent with police, threatened self-harm, and eventually dunked his head in the toilet in the jail cell.
It was unclear if he was just drunk or was under the influence of other substances.
The Rosario trial in the present case is still underway.
