Norristown Woman Appears On Front Of Cheerios Box

Congratulations, Cierra Robbins!

HATFIELD, PA -- Two local women and employees of the Hatfield ShopRite appear on a special edition box of Cheerios that was unveiled at an event on Monday.

Priscilla Stevenson of Lansdale and Cierra Robbins of Norristown, pictured above, both received the honor.

Hatfield’s ShopRite on Forty Foot Road has been honored as a “winning store” for its successful part in raising money for regional food banks.

The store was one of hundreds of ShopRites around the country that raised a collective $1.3 million as part of the “Caring Cheerios Contest”, the company said in a press release.

The appearance of Stevenson and Robbins on the box was part of the honor.

Each of the 40 winning ShopRite stores chose two ShopRite associates to be featured on a special-edition Cheerios box.

The box was unveiled during a ceremony at the ShopRite of Hatfield on February 29.

Additionally, each winning store was awarded extra funds that will be presented to local food pantries.

The program has raised a total of $40 million for area food banks since its inception in 1999, ShopRite said.
