Leslie Pullen, Angela Butler, both of the 4800 block of Kingsessing Avenue in Philadelphia, and Christopher Nemphos, of the 100 block of Pinecrest Lane in King of Prussia, were charged with disorderly conduct and loafing Friday, Sept. 30.

While on patrol, police reportedly observed the three individuals in the area of the A+ store at 630 West Main Street loitering/loafing on the sidewalk for 30 minutes.

There are no loitering signs posted on the building. When asked what they were doing there, Nemphos reportedly said, “We are just hanging out.” Police state there was no legitimate reason for the individuals to be there since they do not live in the area. The officer informed them they would receive citations in the mail and sent them on their way.
