King of Prussia took home the prize - according to National Weather Service spotters - as the area with the highest recorded snowfall, with 26.1 inches recorded by a “trained spotter.”
Residents in nearby Norristown and in Skippack both recorded larger amounts, with unofficial reports nearing 30 inches around the county.
