Older Residents Compete In Montco's 32nd Annual 'Senior Games'
Montgomery County held its 32nd annual Senior Games last week, as residents competed in bowling, swimming, running, tennis, golf, and more.

BLUE BELL, PA — Montgomery County held its 32nd annual Senior Games last week, as residents competed in a wide variety of competitions throughout the county.
More than 500 residents aged 50 or older competed in the events.
“We encourage our seniors to stay active and healthy, and the Montgomery County Senior Games help make it easy and fun for them to do so,” said Val Arkoosh, Chair, Montgomery County Commissioners. “It gives our older residents a week to compete, encourage each other to keep moving, and to try new activities or reacquaint themselves with an old pastime. But most importantly, it is a week to get out and just have fun.”
