Overnight Fire At Norristown Transportation Center

NORRISTOWN, PA — Crews battled a fire overnight at the Norristown Transportation Center.

Firefighters had to deal with inclement circumstances, as the nearest fire hydrant had been struck by a vehicle overnight.

The fire began in the garage sometime during the overnight hours.

Crews were on the scene as the sun rose.

SEPTA regional rail schedules were not impacted by the incident.
