Police Seeking Family Of Accident Victim; Has Ties To Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA – Police in West Whiteland are asking for the public's assistance in finding any friends or family of a man who was struck by a vehicle Friday morning.
The man pictured above was struck at East Lincoln Highway and Ironlake Boulevard in Exton at about 6:39 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2.
The victim, whose Mexico identification card lists his name as Mejia Vicente Victoriano, age 28, is in critical condition at Paoli Hospital, according to police.

Police believe he works in Exton and may have ties to the Norristown area.
Police said the man speaks Spanish and the language barrier has made attempts to locate family or friends difficult.

The driver who struck the unknown victim is cooperating with police.
