The George Washington Carver Community Center has been hosting this event for at least 15+ years which we have been very excited and fortunate to serve 150+ youth each year. &#10084;&#65039;&#128153;&#128079;&#128522;
Last sign up for both are at 2 pm.
If your child is getting their hair braided, hair must be washed and dry prior to arrival. 
Each person is required to sign in and get a number. There are NO APPOINTMENTS available.

Fully restored from 2018-2025 and features rooms decorated in different styles spanning the Rococo Revival to the Aesthetic Movement to the Edwardian period, the Museum was awarded the Victorian Society in America Award for the exemplary restoration and rehabilitation. This landmark preserves the legacy of the Grundy family and offers visitors a unique glimpse into life during the Victorian Era. The Museum’s extensive collection is highly unusual for a historic house museum as almost all the items belonged to the Grundy family. The museum serves as a cultural destination for those interested in antiques, local history, and architecture.
