Lane closures and traffic stoppages will be in place next week on Route 422 near Valley Forge for the Route 23 bridge demolition.

Nighttime lane closures and periodic traffic stoppages will be put in place on U.S. 422 near Valley Forge next week due to a bridge demolition and sign installation. Closures will be in effect from Monday, Feb. 20 through Friday, Feb. 24, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., according to the PennDOT.
The demolition of the bridge over Route 23 had been scheduled for the week of Jan. 30, but the project was delayed, authorities said.
