Route 23 Lane Closures Continue In Valley Forge Area Next Week
Additional traffic should continue to be expected in the area.
Lane closures on Route 23 in the Valley Forge area will be set in place again next week as crews continue their work on pier construction for a bridge over the Schuylkill River. It's the third week in a row in which lanes have been closed for certain days.
Lanes will be shut down in Upper Merion and West Norriton townships between Moore Road and Gulph Road.
Closures will be in place on Tuesday, May 16 and Wednesday, May 17, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time for traffic. The work schedule is dependent on the weather.
