SEPTA Manayunk/Norristown Train Comes To A Stop, Lights Go Out

Breaking: Riders on the Manayunk/Norristown line had an interesting commute Monday night, as the train stopped and the lights went out.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Riders on SEPTA's Manayunk/Norristown regional rail line had an interesting commute Monday night, as the train stopped and the lights went out.

The incident occurred at around 5 p.m. after the westbound train had passed Manayunk on its way to Norristown.

SEPTA officials said that there was a issue with the trains on the line heading in both directions due to a power loss.
