Man Shot In Norristown, Investigation Underway: Cops

NORRISTOWN, PA — A man was shot and injured in Norristown Tuesday evening, but he will survive, according to police.

The incident occurred on the 600 block of George Street sometime before 9 p.m., authorities said.

The victim, a 25-year-old male, suffered non-life threatening wounds in the shooting.

The victim, who has not been identified, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have yet been made, police said. An investigation is underway.
