Sinkhole Expands, No Water In Parts Of Upper Merion
Residents in several nearby neighborhoods are without water.
UPPER MERION, PA — A sinkhole has grown after a water main break in Upper Merion Township, and impacts are expected to continue into at least Wednesday.
The incident began on Crooked Lane at around 1 p.m. Monday.
The road has been shut down from Church Road to King Manor Drive.

PA American Water says that there is a water outage impacting the King Manor, Hughes Park, and Swedeland communities.
While the outage is expected to be resolved by late Tuesday afternoon, sinkhole remediation efforts are likely to continue into Wednesday afternoon.
