Coming to the defense of a state senator in Texas that had earned the ire of the commander in chief, Pennsylvania State. Sen Daylin Leach (D-17) invited President Trump to "destroy" his career.
Leach, the state senator for the 17th district that includes Norristown, Plymouth, Upper Merion, Lower Merion, and the nearby area, has now launched a fundraiser to support the fight against Trump's policies.
In a comment that drew national media attention, Leach called Trump a "fascist, loofa-faced s***-gibbon."

It was after Trump said during a meeting with the National Sheriffs' Association that he would "destroy" the career of a Texas state senator who had blocked legislation proposed by a sheriff from Texas at the meeting.
In an ironic local twist, Chester County Sheriff Carolyn Bunny Welsh happened to be sitting between Trump and the Texas Sheriff, Harold Evanson.

The White House later said that Trump was only joking.
Leach's fundraiser letter mocks Trump while also labeling his policies as "misogynistic, xenophobic, and racist."
